Initiative for Increasing Knowledge among Transplant Patients

Spirit Link Medical developed and implemented a creative patient website concept for Novartis Transplantation.

In the personal exchange with both transplant patients and professionals, it became clear that there is a growing need among patients for un-biased, in-depth information beyond the scope of what was available online. This sparked off the idea for the “Transplantation verstehen” (“understanding transplantation”) website.

The website collects valuable information for transplant patients. Much like an e-learning program, the content consists of short information modules on the subject. The “HON-Code” and the “afgis” certificate guarantee that the content is un-biased and up to date. Comprehensive patient stories add to the overall value of the website.
